Are the web browsers inside Citrix? Have you tried turning off your Internet Explorer add-ons? How about on Edge? After upgrading to Windows 10, did you make sure that you got the latest updates for it?

Thanks for your feedback. Yes the machine is part of a domain - and I am using the domain admin even local admin accounts whenever I log in. I have even elevated those users' accounts to 'admin' and it still doesn't fix the issue. No citrix browser here. Not to be confusing - but whenever I try to download the citrix. Clear instructions.
